Arc Electrical has operations in industrial, commercial and mining industries – boasting experience and expertise in electrical infrastructure, construction, installation and maintenance. We are equipped to respond to all electrical supply, repairs, installation and maintenance needs for electrical, mechanical, and fibre optic challenges.

 

The scope of the operations listed as below includes but is not limited to the following:

Supply and installation of low voltage switchgear, cabling and control systems

 

From complex mine mineral processing and gas and oil refinery plants, Arc Electrical has been active in installing and cabling LV networks upon which customers have relied for key daily operations.

Repairs of low and medium voltage panels, including supply of switchgear and parts

 

Big annual shutdowns in key plants have been planned meticulously to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of major maintenance and repairs that only take place once in a while.

Retrofitting of obsolete switchgear circuit breakers

 

Helping clients extend the life of their assets has been our key attribute.

 

We retrofit old Hawker Sidley range of breakers and other brands with new generation replacements including copper work and protection upgrades with the new generation European type-tested breakers.

Supply and installation of source change over panels in 525v substations


We have supplied and installed indoor and containerized MCCs for process plants including complex high performance LV substations, some of which requiring additional ventilation design and installation.


We Supply and provide installation of various types of withdrawable inserts and full tier extension panels.

We periodically conduct maintenance on 525V, 6,6kV, 11kV 22kV and 33kV switchboards.

Supply and installation of medium voltage switchgear, cabling and control systems

 

  • Replacement of copper earthing cables with anti-theft cables.
